Hosted service
The Quantum Lab hosted service, console, model gateway, documentation, branding, and platform content are provided under the Quantum Lab Terms of Service. No ownership of the hosted software or model weights is transferred to you.
Your application
You retain rights to your application code and inputs, subject to the rights needed to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring your use and generated outputs comply with applicable law and third-party licenses.
Generated outputs
You own the outputs generated by the service, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. We claim no ownership over content created through the API.
Open-source components
Where Quantum Lab distributes an SDK, CLI, or other component under an open-source license, the applicable license file included with that component controls. Third-party dependencies remain subject to their own licenses.
