Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Quantum Lab's platform, including our API, dashboard, documentation, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The service
Quantum Lab provides hosted AI inference, developer tools, account management, and usage reporting. You must provide accurate account information and protect your credentials and API keys.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to enter into these Terms.
3. Plans and quotas
Free accounts include 1,000,000 tokens per monthly cycle and access to quantum-1.0 and quantum-1.0-flash, with up to three active API keys. Pro includes 10,000,000 tokens, quantum-1.5, unlimited keys, agent mode, and higher limits. Requests may be rejected when a quota or rate limit is reached.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws. You may not use the Service to generate harmful content, violate others' rights, or interfere with the Service's operation.
5. Billing
Paid subscriptions renew through Stripe until cancelled. Downgrades and cancellations take effect according to the active billing period. Taxes, refunds, and invoice records are handled under the applicable checkout terms.
6. Data and privacy
We collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy. We log request metadata and token usage to operate, secure, meter, and improve the service. You are responsible for your inputs, outputs, and compliance with applicable law.
7. API keys and security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys. Revoke any compromised keys immediately through the dashboard. We are not liable for unauthorized use of your credentials.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update the service or these terms; material changes will be communicated through the product or account email.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
